Dispatch & Delivery Summary

Pre-order Arrival Dates: Estimated arrival dates for pre-order items on our website are subject to variations due to the global supply chain and production time.

Split Shipments: If your order includes pre-order items, it might be split for timely dispatch of in-stock items. You'll receive two tracking numbers once dispatched.

In Stock Items: "In Stock" items dispatch within 10 business days from the order date. Orders with mixed items will be held until all are available. After dispatch, delivery times vary by location and courier.

Pre-order Items: Expected arrival dates are provided for pre-ordered items. Dispatch happens by the end of the indicated month. Dates may change, and we'll update you via email. Reach us at [email protected] for concerns or address modifications.

Delivery Guidelines

Provide a street address for orders; delivery to PO Boxes is not available.

Notify us of any address changes before dispatch via [email protected].

If your order is sent to the wrong address and returned, a redelivery fee may apply.

Raffine may request additional freight contributions for remote areas or large/heavy orders.

Courier-delivered items are considered delivered upon receiving a signed receipt or delivery docket.

If you're unavailable during delivery, the courier will leave a card for re-delivery arrangements.

Domestic Delivery Options

We offer various delivery options based on your order size and item fragility. Additional freight charges may be quoted for remote areas or large/heavy orders.

Standard Courier Delivery – Boxed Freight Service:

Furniture and homewares, delivery is to the ground floor, excluding home installation.

Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane Metro: 1-10 business days.

Other areas: Up to 14 business days.

Sydney Metro Hand Delivery:

For furniture delivery to the door is available.

Warehouse team arranges a delivery date (Mon-Fri, 9-5pm) once your order is ready.

Premium Delivery 

Dedicated 2-man service for larger or fragile items, unboxed items ground floor only.

Contacted within 5 business days for delivery date options.

Delivery within 12 business days after dispatch.

White Glove Delivery –  Assembly & Rubbish Removal:

This option is availble as a quotation depending on the size of your order.

Deluxe service includes 2-man delivery, assembly, and rubbish removal.

Contacted within 5 business days for delivery date options.

Delivery within 12 business days after dispatch.

Please Note:

Couriers and Delivery staff do not relocate household items or handle obstacles within the house.

Hazards or obstacles in the delivery room are the receiver's responsibility.

Handling devices like hand trolleys may be used if necessary.
